Pilates is a great way to help you lose weight as it is a full-body workout, with an emphasis on activating and working the core muscles. Pilates can be used as part of a comprehensive health and fitness plan which includes healthy eating and regular exercise. It can help you burn calories, build muscle, increase flexibility, improve posture and balance, and reduce stress. Ultimately, Pilates can help you reach your weight loss goals.

The number of times you should do Pilates each week will depend on a few factors such as skill level, experience, and goals. Generally speaking, for beginners, it is recommended to do Pilates two to three times per week to see maximum results.
