I am very proud of what I was able to accomplish at Tally in the Valley in the summer of 2018. Not only did I complete 12 hours of nonstop running, but finally, in all my years of endurance racing, executed a perfect nutrition strategy and did not succumb to a single episode of GI distress. ...

I have followed my Physiotherapist to her new business and will continue to do so due to her excellent understanding, analysis and treatment of her clients and what ails them. She is a terrific and empathetic therapist who is a good listener and goes above and beyond traditional means to help her clients feel better and explain preventive measures to keep us on our feet and moving towards a healthier you." - Leo
Kind Words from Leo,
After a year of Ironman training (on top of many years of endurance training) I found myself in the off-season plagued with several injuries. I am extremely fortunate to have connected with Stephanie for a proper, well thought out rehabilitation program. After working with my Physiotherapist for several months I am finally running and training pain-free and medication-free...for the first time in years! Her careful attention to proper diagnosis and her ability to explain the why and how of recovery has been a key to success for me. Her no nonsense approach works very well for me. I would not be training again without her expertise." - David
Kind Words from David,
Sometimes I feel like an 80-year-old with my body. I’ve had herniated discs in my back since I was 16, I have a torn meniscus in one knee, and a torn MCL in the other. My neck is a mess, and one of my shins too. One of the first appointments I had with my Physio was after I’d tweaked my back so badly that I could hardly move without it spasming. But every problem I’ve had, she’s been able to make them manageable! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She truly cares about her patients, and has a real passion for what she’s doing. Being a super hardcore athlete herself (and I mean Ironman level awesomeness), she really is an expert in her field. I’ve been seeing the same Physiotherapist for about 3 years now, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to fix my varied sports injuries!!" – Erin
Kind Words from Erin,

Kind Words from Jill,I have never been to a physiotherapist who has more compassion, expertise, knowledge and genuine interest in your well being than my Physiotherapist. She is a professional who listens, answers your questions and makes sure that you understand your injury and her treatment plan. She never makes you feel like you are wasting her time. She's an athlete herself which supports her understanding of her clients injuries and recovery. I have 3 children who are participating in a wide range of sports. Her extensive knowledge allows her to design very specific and targeted recovery and training programs which allows for a quick return to their activities. My Physio addresses their needs and understands the wide range of potential injuries and the training required to support them in their sports both mentally and physically." - Jill
